Passport information is required for non-Thai overnight guests. Thai-only reservations require one Thai ID-card image instead.

Thai nationals are exemptThai overnight guests do not need passport information for TM30, but a Thai-only reservation requires one Thai ID-card image to confirm the Thai-only declaration.
Private and securePassport images are not sent through AI chat or WhatsApp and are automatically deleted 14 days after upload, or sooner after processing.
